Who we are

This website, funbalconybrixal.com, is operated by Brixal Balcony Media Ltd (Company No. 14872356), registered office 71 Kingsway, London WC2B 6ST, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

We do not run accounts, newsletters or online forms that send data to us. The message builder on our contact page works entirely in your browser; nothing is transmitted until you choose to email us. Our hosting provider may record standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and reliability. These are kept for a limited period.

Why and how we use it

We use emails only to reply to you and improve our guides, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising profiles.

Retention

We keep correspondence for up to 24 months, then delete it unless needed for a legal reason.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and data portability. Email us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
